At Seong Gong 2020 Trading, we want customers to receive the correct products in good condition.
Please review the following policy before requesting a return, replacement or refund.
1. Return Requests
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You received the wrong product
The product arrived damaged
The product has a manufacturing defect
Items are missing from your order
The product is materially different from the description provided
Please provide your:
Order number
Name
Photos or videos of the product
Photos of the packaging
Description of the issue
This helps us review your request promptly.
2. Return Condition
Unless the product is defective or applicable law provides otherwise, returned items should:
Be unused
Be uninstalled
Be in their original condition
Include the original packaging
Include all accessories, manuals and components supplied with the product
Please do not install, modify or use an item if you believe the wrong product has been delivered.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Subject to applicable consumer rights, we generally cannot accept returns for:
Products that have already been installed or used
Products damaged through misuse or improper installation
Products modified, altered or dismantled after delivery
Products returned because the customer selected the wrong vehicle model or specification
Products damaged through normal wear and tear
Clearance or final-sale products clearly identified as such
Opened consumable products where return is inappropriate for safety or product-integrity reasons
This does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.
4. Automotive Parts Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before purchasing automotive replacement parts.
Please check your:
Vehicle make
Vehicle model
Manufacturing year
Engine specification
Part number, where applicable
If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.
Products purchased incorrectly due solely to incorrect vehicle information or incorrect customer selection may not qualify for a refund unless otherwise agreed by us.
5. Engine Oil, Additives & Consumable Products
For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened engine oils, additives, fluids, sealants and similar consumable products generally cannot be returned simply because of a change of mind.
This restriction does not apply where the product is defective, incorrect or where applicable law provides otherwise.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Do not install or use the product before contacting us.
Once the issue is verified, we may arrange an appropriate:
Replacement
Exchange
Refund
depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.
7. Change of Mind
We generally do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
However, we may consider an exchange on a case-by-case basis if the product is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition.
Any delivery costs relating to a change-of-mind exchange may be borne by the customer.
8. Refunds
Once a return or refund request has been approved and, where necessary, the returned product has been inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is caused by our error, a defective product or where otherwise required by law.
9. Return Shipping
If the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective product supplied by us, reasonable return delivery arrangements or costs may be handled by Seong Gong 2020 Trading as appropriate.
For approved exchanges resulting from customer selection or change of mind, return and re-delivery costs may be borne by the customer.

10. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
An order may be cancelled before it has been packed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return procedure will apply.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable Malaysian law.
Where this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection requirement, the applicable legal requirement will prevail.
